ACBC Home Inspection Service doesn't give you a carbon copy of a report with check marks and a grading system that can be confusing and misleading. We use the home inspection industries' leading software to produce the most detailed and understandable report available today. You've heard the phrase, "a picture is worth a thousand words." Well, it's true, a picture is worth a thousand words. That's why our reports include digital pictures. All of our reports are printed on 24 lb. paper with a laser-jet printer, and then put into a high quality report. This is a document you will save for future reference. We can also put the report into an Adobe PDF file and e-mail it to you, burn the report onto a compact disc, or fax it to you, in color or black and white. Not only do we point out the problems with your prospective new home, but we also point out the positive aspects as well.
